US Diplomatic Interest Section to Open in Tehran?

Amid news of U.S. Under Secretary of State William Burns joining in negotiations with Iran, new reports signal that the US is considering opening a diplomatic interest section in Tehran.  Ahmadinejad’s comments indicate that the Iranians “[welcome] any move to expand ties.”
